Your goal is to expose yourself to a large number of people within a short amount of time. You may be surprised to know that the large chains such as Wal Mart, Sams Club or your local supermarket are open to letting you set up in front of their store. It’s good publicity for them and it also has a feel good effect on people who donate. Since they feel they donated to a good cause or they know someone who is affected by the same affliction, they may spend more in the store. Don’t be afraid to ask a store with high volume for permission to set up your fundraising event.
